These publishing relationships continue the history of Anime News Plus, the site that preceded Wordtura. Contacts from the earlier period can be viewed through the following link.
01 / EDITORIAL DIRECTION
A new chapter since 6 November 2026.
Since 6 November 2026, Wordtura has entered a new chapter, placing greater emphasis on article quality and lasting value for readers. Reviews, guides, and writing that offer useful experiences, explanations, or perspectives take priority. Press releases remain supporting content, with stricter selection.
Wordtura accepts official materials from publishers, developers, production teams, labels, PR agencies, and representatives of work, products, or services relevant to its readers. Topics include games, technology, PC equipment, software, creator services, and digital culture, including anime, animation, and music. A relevant topic alone does not guarantee publication.
02 / CONTENT ELIGIBILITY
Understand what fits.
MATERIALS NOT ACCEPTED
Limits on Accepted Content
Wordtura declines materials whose main value depends on trends, schedules, or short-term promotion. This includes:
- Anniversary announcements or birthday celebrations for games, brands, communities, or projects.
- Announcements of game updates, patches, seasons, in-game events, and similar update promotions.
- Release or broadcast schedule announcements for anime, comics, games, and novels (ACGN).
- Concert schedule announcements, ticket sales, and promotions relevant only in the lead-up to a concert.
These terms apply to new submissions from that date onward. Wordtura does not prioritise article volume or keeping up with every announcement.
STILL OPEN FOR CONSIDERATION
Examples of Materials We May Accept
Materials about music album or CD releases may still be considered, particularly when they discuss the work, musicians, album contents, or creative process in a way that remains useful beyond the promotional period. Links to music videos, album trailers, or official embeddable videos may be included so readers can experience or learn about the work directly from the article.
The material needs to explain the work clearly, rather than simply announce its release date. Videos must come from an official or authorised source and permit embedding. A video does not automatically guarantee acceptance; completeness and value to readers remain considerations.
Other products, services, or creative work may also be considered where the materials allow informative coverage with lasting value for Wordtura readers.
Editorial publication of press releases is free of charge. Selection depends on relevance, lasting value, completeness, and available writing time. Submission does not guarantee publication or a particular publication date.
03 / SUBMISSIONS
Prepare your information and supporting materials.
Email Address and Subject
Send press releases and supporting materials to wordtura@gmail.com. For questions or coordination, you can also use the Contact page.
Use a clear subject line, for example:
- [Press Release] – Brand / Project Name – Announcement Title
- [Partnership] – Brand / Project Name
Press Release Submission Format
To make the material easier to review, include:
- The announcement title and summary.
- The full press release.
- The name of the party you represent and a contact for clarification.
- The announcement date and any embargo, including the time zone.
- Links to official sources, the website, store page, or media kit.
Helpful visual materials include official logos, key visuals or posters, screenshots, artwork, and trailer links. Use attachments or accessible media kit links, and send them with your explanation in a single email to wordtura@gmail.com.
Image Materials
Send good-quality source images so logos, text, and important details remain readable. Wordtura may adjust image size, compression, and format to improve loading speed and storage efficiency while considering readability and usefulness in the article.
04 / PREPARATION TIME
Allow time for review and writing.
TIME-SENSITIVE MATERIALS
At Least 3 Days
Recommended preparation time before the scheduled announcement.
MAJOR RELEASES OR COMPLEX MATERIALS
At Least 10 Days
Recommended preparation time for materials that require more work.
- For a scheduled announcement, ideally send materials at least 3 days in advance.
- For a major release or materials requiring more preparation, ideally allow at least 10 days.
- Materials sent on the announcement day leave limited preparation time, so same-day publication cannot be guaranteed.
These are recommended lead times. Publication still depends on selection, the queue, and available writing time. If you need a specific publication time or embargo, include the details from the outset and coordinate by email.
05 / EDITORIAL SELECTION
Selection and Publication Decisions
I, Nosphire, assess each submission according to its context, informational value, publication objectives, suitability for Wordtura, and my capacity to undertake the work. There are three possible outcomes:
- Free editorial publication: I select the material on editorial grounds, at no charge to the sender. There is no obligation to publish or guaranteed date.
- Sponsored article: where a commercial collaboration is suitable, Wordtura may offer paid writing and publication. The sender must approve the proposal before payment and work begins.
- Declined: material that does not fit the website’s direction, is unsuitable, or breaches policy may be declined even if the sender is willing to pay.
Publication status depends on editorial selection and the agreement with the sender, rather than the industry involved. Articles selected for free editorial publication include source attribution or a “via” credit where appropriate and are not labelled as sponsored merely because they originate from a press release. Articles published through paid collaborations carry a clear sponsorship disclosure and still credit sources when using information from other parties.
If material is not selected for free publication, a paid collaboration can proceed only after the sender approves Wordtura’s proposal. Source attribution or a “via” credit identifies where information came from; a sponsorship disclosure identifies a commercial relationship.
The same standards of accuracy and writing quality apply to free and paid publication. Wordtura may postpone or decline incomplete or potentially misleading materials, or excessive promotion without useful information. Gambling promotion, including online gambling, casinos, slots, betting, and concealed links or promotions leading to those services, is rejected. Promotion of illegal activities, products, and services is also rejected.
Clients may provide their objectives and key information, but Nosphire retains control over the title, structure, wording, design, and presentation. Payment does not buy unrestricted control, a score, or a positive conclusion. Sponsored content is clearly labelled. Wordtura is not a backlink-selling service.
See Partnerships & Services for the reference fee, Indonesian and English versions, payment before drafting, revisions, and the 30-day guarantee from publication. All proposals remain subject to the Editorial Policy.
Those who previously submitted materials through Anime News Plus may continue using their established format while following the information requirements and Wordtura terms on this page.
06 / AFTER MATERIALS ARE ACCEPTED
Creating and Updating Articles
If materials pass selection, Wordtura may create a new article or update an existing one. Titles, structure, and presentation may be edited to fit Wordtura’s style while preserving the meaning and source information.
AI tools may be used during drafting. Content is still reviewed and edited manually to maintain the accuracy of information, data, and writing. If an error is found, the sender or a reader may request a correction by email, including the article link, the passage requiring correction, and supporting sources.
Material that is too limited or requires clarification may be postponed or declined until the necessary information is available.
Article Removal Requests
An article may be removed if it violates internal policies, copyright, or licensing terms, or following review of an official request from the content owner or an authorised party.
Send requests to wordtura@gmail.com with the article link, reasons, and supporting information. Requests are reviewed to determine the appropriate action, which may include correction, updating, or removal.
